Be it a festival, wedding or any occasions it has its own culture and style followed by fashion. Indians consider wedding as a grand occasion and celebrate it like a festival. Indian brides will have a flaunting appearance so here are few bridal looks which will mesmerize all of us.
• Sikh bride – Sikh bride wears lots of jewels and gems and their bridal look will never get completed without their chooda and kalire. Her chooda can be in the shades of white, red, pink and shades of peach. The bride’s maternal uncle and should give her bangles and that is the ritual they follow. The small golden or silver trinket is known as kalire which serves as a blessing to the bride
• Punjabi Bride – Mostly all the Punjabi brides prefer wearing red, maroon and pink lehenga on her day of the wedding and there is no restriction to the colors so she can wear any shades that bride prefers. The shade which they restrict is black and white. Apart from this royal dress and jewel, they wear a nose ring is their main jewel.
• Muslin Bride – The first thing to be noticed when you enter a Muslim marriage is the jewels they wore especially the bride’s jewel mainly the jhoomar. The next thing is the silk cloth on her wrist which wraps the silver or gold coin tied by the groom’s mother. Muslim bride’s eye make-up will be on point which we will die for.
• Assamese bride – According to them, the bride has to wear the mekhla chadar, a traditional bridal outfit given to her by groom’s mother which is often cream or half white silk saree with gold works.
