People wore jumper blouse in those days which were trending in the 1920s and it became very popular. These jumper blouses were made of cotton or silk and they had sailor collar attached. This was the design and trend those days. These jumper blouses perfectly pairs up with a skirt which would reach below the hip and it could be accompanied by a belt.

Another popular blouse which was trending and famous in the 20th century was low cut- V – neck shirt and the women who worked during World War II they wore military style shirts like button-up shirts.
After the end of World War II, there were so many changes in fashion and trend. In the 1980s, style slightly became more casual and so T-shirts became an acceptable top for both formal and business wear. Boxy tops with shoulder pads, blazers, and dress shirts were popular for both men and women in the decade. In the 90s and 80s, the oversized dress was very popular and this trend is continuing till date and it is not uncommon to see people wearing stylish and oversized shirts. Later on, the 90s saw increasing use of crop top and halter tops.

In the 80s, 90s and in today’s fashion, T-shirts and trending and it became a fashion for every woman as it became more of its individuality. The taste and preference on the clothing depend on each and every individual.
