“It’s very important to moisturize your body. Your skin has a better glow when it is hydrated”
There are many ways to maintain and ensure that the face and skin stay radiant. An effective routine for skin is not meant to be difficult or time-consuming but a very few methods should be followed.
Through the day
Staying hydrated is the most important element to maintain healthy skin so drinking 6 to 8 liters of water throughout the day should be followed regularly.

Night time
After having a long hard day, our skin is likely to be tired and it needs some care. Harsh wind, extreme temperatures affects the skin which is very common at the end of the day.
It will be so tempting to fall into bed without removing makeup but its little worst thing to do for your skin. It is quite difficult for a long-lasting make-up to get removed so there you have to use cleansing lotion for makeup- removal with warm water.

The most cleansing lotion will not contain SLS or Parabens nowadays and they often contain mild detergents.
Once after removing makeup there still remains a trace amount of makeup left on the skin. Double cleansing will help make your skin cleanse completely. Peeling cleansers containing natural ingredients like alpha –hydroxyl fruits acids and extracts of papaya will help in exfoliating the skin gently so that it can be used regularly. Gently massaging in a circular motion it helps in blood circulation.
A face must be fully cleansed it can be done using a toner which contains ingredients such as rose water and aloe Vera that helps in skin smoothening. Using a rich night serum will allow the ingredients to work as magic overnight. Oil-based anti-ageing serums are preferably applied at night as the oil absorbs into the skin overnight. Bedtime is the ideal moment to apply spot treatments for breakouts and acne.

It is recommended to have an average of 6 to 10 hours of sleep for adults as a sufficient amount of sleep is not just important in maintaining and improving health but it also helps in complexion.
