• Oversleeping, fatigue or staying up for hours than your normal bedtime can from dark circles. Sleep deprivation can cause the skin to become pale. Lack of sleep can cause fluid to build underneath the eyes causing them to appear fluffy.

• Looking at your television or computer screen can cause strain on your eyes and this strain can cause blood vessel around the eyes to enlarge
