“Observe yourself from head to feet that will show you what you eat”.

In today’s world, we get to see so many people who got addicted to all the junk and fast food items. They enjoy the taste of junk foods the flavors in it.

Junk food will always taste good but it does not have any nutritional value and it is not nutritionally balanced. Junk food items affect health if consumed on a regular basis. Your stomach is not a dustbin; fill it with some healthy stuff.

Junk food has a high amount of oil and fat and so our body finds it very difficult to digest them. Excess consumption of jumpsuits makes the body to get diverted to the intestine and we feel drowsy and dehydrated. Too much junk food can affect the liver and heart as it cannot function properly. The pancreas will get damaged and it will lead to diabetes.

Eating healthy foods as much as possible and at the same time enjoy eating all the junk foods once in a while because we have only one life to live and that is how you have to maintain your diet. Eat food in the ratio of 80:20.

Watch your whole day meal; don’t make your health deal.

Any food item that is highly processed and has high calories very low nutritional value then it is junk food. People get addicted to it like alcohol and drugs. In this generation we see a number of healthy foods growing but still, people get addicted to taste and destroy their health.

You must not eat butter to always feel better.

Most fast food has added sugar and Trans fat where trans fat is a manufactured fat that is created during food processing and it is mostly found in French fries, pizza dough, cookies etc. Eating food that contains trans fat can increase bad cholesterol and reduce good cholesterol in the body and can result in diabetes and heart disease.
