Health and fitness is the key to happy living. As the saying quoted

“Health is the actual wealth that a person can retain”

Every single human in this world should realize the importance of staying healthy and fit. Being healthy and fit means taking good care of our body.

“Healthy mind resides in a healthy body”

Having both mind and body healthy helps one to maintain the required energy level to live a successful life. It is our duty to protect our body from the intake of harmful substances by doing regular exercise and having proper sleep and food. Staying fit allows us to perform all our activities without being tired.

Healthy habits improve our physical appearance, mental stability and give us the ability to perform all the activities in an easy and better way. Each individual should take care of one’s health as the main priority and you should not skip in maintaining physical and mental fitness.

To boost your mental strength and happiness you should stay happy. Happiness is considered as a result and a part of a healthy and fit lifestyle.

The three main categories

Health can be measured with the three major parameters 

•    Physical 

•    Psychological

•    Nutritional

Physical health means the physical appearance of a person. Psychological health means the ability of a person to maintain calmness and patience in all the circumstances in life. Nutritional health means the presence of essential nutrients in the body to fight against diseases with immunity.

An unhealthy and unfit lifestyle of a person leads to an unexpected premature death. Lack of physical fitness in young generation sets the stage for diabetes and serious heart problems.

Walking, running, cycling, playing, swimming, yoga and many more are some activities which help in maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle. A person who stays fit and healthy both physically and mentally is strong enough to face the ups and downs in life and the person will not get affected by any drastic changes around him.

Fitness and mental wee being are essential parts of a healthy life. Not just to look and feel good but by eating the right nutritional food and by doing the right amount of exercise there is a chance to lower the threatening disease.
