To the continuation of the article importance of health based on age let’s see importance of nutrition for older people.
Older you grow you are endangered to malnutrition. Even if we provide them with an adequate amount of nutrition they get to face many nutritional problems. Its best and better for the youngsters to concentrate on their health to prevent illness in the future

“Those who think they have no time for healthy eating will sooner or later have to find time for illness”.
Nutritional requirements are not well defined and the process of ageing affects the nutritional needs. As they grow they get to face many diseases which are caused by dietary foods and these dietary fats are associated with diseases like cancer.
So a proper diet and a healthy life go hand in hand mainly for adults aged 60 and above. The common disease found in elderly adults is a micronutrient which is caused because of the lack of variety in the diet.
“Time and health are two precious assets that we don’t recognize and appreciate until they have been depleted.”
