There is a common question in minds of common people when they get to see a girl and a boy together.
Can a boy and a girl be best friends?
Which is been frequently asked. And it was asked to many people and in a survey, it is said that a girl and a boy can be friends but at some point, they will fall in love with each other, but many youngsters did not agree to it. They came up with a common answer stating that never mind the gender we get attached and attracted to the person who shows love and care just the way you do them.
The belief that men and women cannot be friends comes from a different era where women were put into four walls but now things around us are changing. But in our society, the minds of people are in a way where if they get to see a boy and girl together they assume to be lovers but at times they are actually not. It is in the eyes of people in our society and in this 21st century a boy and girl being as just friends are possible yet there are some issues and limitations.
The problems they get to face are
• First and foremost thing is possessiveness because they cannot accept if he/she is attached to someone else.
• Any issues or worries should be shared and things done without his / her knowledge will lead to world war.
• Being with your best friend or girl best friend you can never think of falling in love because there is no other villan other than your best friend.
• You get to face so many insults but if a third person insults or mocks then it’s a bad day for that person and for you too.
Benefits of having a boy best friend
• You can have faces and inside jokes which will not fly with anyone else
• You can count on them to have an honest opinion about your own life choices.
• You will always have support even if your actions are questionable
• Even though you mock and make fun of each other you can 100% count on them.
• The only person who can turn your tears into laughter
• You will never give up on each other at any cost
The only question that runs in my mind is when we see a little boy and girl playing in the ground and at the age of 5 is accepted as a friend but why not the same boy and girl be friends when they are at the age of 20?
