We are little stumbled upon hearing terms like Palazzo, culottes, and gauchos where we might wonder how they differ because they have a similar design. Styling them with the right pair of the top is little tricky yet when you do it right then it will look classy and cool. All these three styles of pants can be worn to most of all the occasions and there are no restrictions to it.
They are wide trousers worn by women which come in all different colors and fabric so why are these three named differently. So let us sort them out
• Culottes – They are derived from the French word “cult” which means the lower half of thing, a knee length trouser that look and resemble to look like a skirt. This pant style first evolved in the 20s and that time it was called as split skirts. These pants end up below the knee.

• Gaucho pants – Both these culottes and gaucho has same design expect the one difference between them is gaucho is literally more of a cropped pants and they don’t have the fullness of culottes and so they look less like a skirt and more like a split pant.

• Palazzo – Yes there is one more pant which looks similar to a skirt and it is called as Palazzo. This pant looks different when compared to the above two because it is not like Knee length culottes or mid-calf gauchos, these palazzo pants are full length and they have a wide leg silhouette.
