We come across many writings stating “love lasts forever”, “My first love “yet still most of us experience break up times in our lives. We experience a heartbreak during break up which is because first love is where we experience at learning what love is and we figure out the ways to navigate the joys and challenges of the love life.
There is no way to sugar coat it because breakups are tough. In other words, Love is addictive whereas heartbreak causes us to go through powerful withdrawal.
Dealing with break up is one of the most stressful and emotional experiences in life and while dealing with it we feel the world put upside down and trigger all sorts of painful and unsettling emotions. And recovering from this breakup is quite difficult and it takes time. All we do is cry all day and night, wander alone, stay calm and quiet and feel like a major heartbreak.

We feel that the pain to be scary and the emotions will be very intensive to bear where we feel like we will be stuck in a dark place forever. But one thing to be remembered is grieving is a very essential healing method to overcome pain. The pain of grief helps you to overcome in your old relationship and move on further. The pain of grief will never last forever.
