Good nutrition is a key to healthy living. Health can be improved by having a balanced diet and by consuming food which contains vitamins and minerals.

“A good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures in the doctor’s book”

It is quite difficult to change our eating habits. Balanced nutrition and regular exercise are good for health.

So according to you what is healthy living?

Everyone comes up with one answer but actually, healthy living is not only being healthy physically. It is both mental and physical living which are to be kept at a balanced level for a better living. For a healthy life, it is not meant that we should go to the gym to maintain body fitness.

“If you have health, you probably will be happy, and if you have health and happiness, you have the wealth you need, even if it is not all you want.” –

You know that you need to exercise to maintain your fitness but you have some excuses that stop you from doing. You’re too busy and you don’t get time to exercise and, any reasons like this stop you from doing but all you think about exercise is wrong, Exercise is just movement. Whether it is running a marathon or walking in the corridor that movement is exercise.

The great thing about the movement done for a few minutes gives a lasting benefit for the whole day 

Some of the benefits like 

•    Reduces risk of heart disease

•    Helps in maintaining flexibility 

•    Improves the stability of joint

•    Reduces stress

•    Reduces the symptoms of depression 

•    Enhances self-esteem

You can start the process of being healthy by doing simple movements even if you’re not ready for scheduled workouts.

Eating a portion of healthy food is another part of a healthy lifestyle. Eating more fruits with Cereals or making it a dessert helps in maintaining good health. Sneak in more vegetables. A tomato on your pizza, Peppers on your pasta can make you healthier. Eat low-fat foods or fat-free dairy as it does not need much change in your diet.
