Good health helps a person to live to the fullest without being unfit. Unhealthy lifestyle is what leads to deterioration in of ones being. 

Healthy is merely the slowest rate at which one can die.

Staying fit and healthy is very important for everyone. This can be done with proper exercising and by taking healthy foods. People who think of their health seriously and people who are serious about maintaining their fitness do exercise on regular basis. Being healthy increases your confidence and concentration power. Yet still, there are reasons for the deterioration of health they are as follows 

•    Stress is the main reason for it. Students often feel stressed thinking about their school works and exams. Working people feel stressful thinking about their life and work. Such conditions lead to imbalanced mental health.

•    Depression is the second reason. Prolonged stress thinking on something leads to depression and it becomes a health issue.

•    We should be very careful when it comes to the intake of food. Intakes of substances like alcohol, preserved foods and many more affect the health physically and mentally.

•    We are very much addicted to electronic gadgets and spends too much time late night in using them and that leads to insufficient sleep. As suggested by medical experts a defined time of sleep is very mandatory for every individual. 

•    Intake of too much junk foods leads to unhealthy being. It replaces the nutrition

 Diet and spoils health.

•    Some natural phenomena like pollution make us unhealthy and unfit. Proper preservative methods must be taken to fight against the natural environment.

“All things that have form eventually decay.”

Some tips to overcome deterioration 

•    Regular exercise can directly make a person healthy working on both mental and physical fitness 

•    Intake of balanced nutrition including essential minerals, vitamins and proteins makes a person healthy and fit.

•    We should maintain our environment clean and tidy so that everyone can stay healthy.

•    Maintaining hygiene and should have proper sanitation.

•    Drinking loads of water help in releasing toxins and improves one’s metabolism.
