Nutrition is defined as a process in which plant or animal takes in and make use of food substances. Nutrients like proteins, minerals, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and electrolytes are the essential nutrients. For a human being, 85% of energy usage happening daily is from fat and carbohydrates and the remaining 15% is from proteins.

Health is very important in life. Eating the right food and staying fit is very important no matter what your age is. As we get older our body has different needs and consumption of certain nutrients is very important to maintain good health.

In recent days we get to see many youngsters facing so much depression and mental stress and their lack of nutrition stay as one of the reasons behind it. The risk of depression is 25 to 30 % lower for those who eat foods with high diets like vegetables, fruits, grains and fish and totally avoid all the processed food.

Healthy habits improve our physical appearance, mental stability and give us the ability to perform all the activities in an easy and better way. Each individual should take care of one’s health as the main priority and you should not skip in maintaining physical and mental fitness.
